What is युवाANTAR?
युवाANTAR is the intellectual and leadership development event under COEP Youth Parliament. It is a dynamic simulation of India’s Parliamentary and Legislative system, designed to provide students with a real-time experience of democratic functioning.
Now in its 2nd Edition, युवाANTAR’26 brings together young minds from diverse academic backgrounds onto one platform to deliberate, debate, and draft policies on pressing national and state-level issues.
Event Structure
Lok Sabha Committee
Simulating the Lower House of Parliament, focusing on national-level issues, policy formulation, and law-making.
Vidhan Sabha Committee
Simulating the State Legislative Assembly, addressing governance, administration, and state-level legislation.
Each committee follows authentic parliamentary procedures, rules of procedure, and legislative protocols to ensure a realistic experience.

Each committee is guided by a highly qualified Executive Board, responsible for moderating sessions, maintaining parliamentary decorum, ensuring procedural accuracy, and evaluating participant performance.
